When you are ready to move into top leadership positions such as principal, superintendent or university vice president, Mizzou's doctorate in educational leadership is your solution. The 46-hour doctoral program is partially online and delivered in a cohort format in partnership with several universities across Missouri.
This Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis hybrid program was designed for leaders who work full time so that you can continue your career, while also acquiring new skills that you can put to use immediately.
The program will have you learning and networking with peers in both face-to-face and web-enhanced settings. You will take courses on MU's Columbia campus during the summers, and you will take several fall and spring courses at one of five partner universities. More than 80 percent of candidates graduate in just over four years. New cohorts are admitted every two years.
