Mary Lammers never considered obtaining a bachelor's degree until she moved into a leadership position at work. She wanted a degree program that would capitalize on her three decades of nursing experience. The University of Missouri's Sinclair School of Nursing online RN-to-BSN program enhanced her knowledge base and gave her the tools she needed for her new role.
