As a patient care provider in the ever-changing nursing field, Callie felt that she was ready to gain new skills and become a leader. With the Sinclair School of Nursing's focus on student growth, she was able to immediately apply the course work to her job. After earning her MS degree in leadership in nursing and health care systems, she is in a position to advance her career as a nurse leader.
