First, you’ll need to handle some details and fill out online forms or paperwork. We’ll get you moving toward your career or life goals as soon as possible.

Degree-seeking students

Get a broad overview of what you will need to apply for an online degree and how transfer credits work. Then visit your program’s page for any additional requirements.

Nondegree-seeking students

To take a single course, or even a few courses, we’ll tell you the requirements and send you to the right undergraduate or graduate nondegree-seeking path.

Applying from outside of Missouri?

Mizzou is unable to accept online students from certain states; or in some cases, unable to accept online students in certain programs due to state regulation of online education. Learn more about state authorization requirements.

Applying from outside of the U.S.?

International students may have special requirements for admission. Plan to apply early so you have enough time to get your materials together. If you are applying as a graduate student, you’ll need to find out if your degree is recognized by a regional accrediting agency. Learn more about applying as an international student.
