Checking on your grades
Mizzou does not send out grades via postal mail. When the course is done, you can access your grades on myZou. If you have a question about your grade, contact the course instructor.
Grading options
While you can’t shift from a letter grade to a pass/fail grade late in a course or after the course, you may wish to know when you can change the way you are graded in the future.

Obtaining a transcript
When it’s time to share your transcript from Mizzou, where you go to request the document depends on your student status.
- Current students: Go to Self Service > Student Center > Official Transcripts on myZou.
- Students who do not have access to myZou:
- Continuing education students: Go to University of Missouri Extension.
Keep in mind that we will not be able to issue a transcript or a diploma until you pay all outstanding accounts. Visit myZou to check if you have a financial hold.
