How to apply

Fulfill the admission requirements

  • Unofficial transcripts. As part of the application submission process, all applicants are required to upload unofficial copies of all post-secondary transcripts to the online application. Official transcripts are only required if accepted by the academic program.
  • Official results of English Proficiency Exams (International applicants only)

While not a requirement, ideally applicants will have already taken a statistics course.

Application dates

To start classes in Apply by Classes begin
Fall, 16-week session July 1st August
Fall, 2nd 8-week Sept. 1st October
Spring, 16-week session Nov. 1st January
Spring, 2nd 8-week Feb. 1st March
Summer May 1st June

Gather your papers

  • A statement of purpose

  • Résumé or CV.

Complete the online application

Carefully follow the instructions on the application site.

  • Upload the above documents in the online application
  • Degree/delivery: Graduate Certificate- Distance (Online/Remote Site/etc.)
  • Academic program: Public Policy-Distance (Grad Cert)
  • Application fee: $40.00
