Faculty spotlight

Keri Jones is an assistant teaching professor in the School of Information Science and Learning Technologies at the University of Missouri. Her professional work includes student-centered learning with technology, interaction in online teaching and learning, and the design and development of technology-enhanced learning experiences.

Betsy Baker is a professor within the Department of Learning, Teaching and Curriculum at the University of Missouri. Her research examines the nature of literacy in a digital world. She also explores ways to harness technology to extend learning for students from kindergarten through college.

Dr. Xu’s research interests focus on embodied interactions and learning, immersive virtual learning environments and game-based learning for STEM subjects. Utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods, he has been actively conducting research on learning and training in technology-enhanced environments to pursue answers to the umbrella research question of how to use technology to help people learn.

Yeji Kim is an assistant professor within the Department of Learning, Teaching and Curriculum at the University of Missouri. Her specialization is in social studies education with a research focus on the experiences of Korean and Korean-American teachers.
