Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf has signed legislation to affiliate the state of Pennsylvania with NC-SARA, effective January 1, 2017. By joining the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement, students residing in Pennsylvania will have access to quality distance education from around the country.
