Courses for this program are 100% online: no campus visits are required.

Successful completion of the program requires 120 credit hours of course work, which includes transfer credits from other regionally accredited institutions.

Courses are asynchronous, meaning there are no scheduled meeting times.

Final project

For the final project, you will be taking the role as the leader addressing an issue (adaptive challenge) related to current events. Your goal is to develop strategies for a high-performing team with a productive organizational culture. The final project is divided into six parts:  identifying the issue/challenge, establishing leadership style, utilizing leadership traits, leading change, developing the team and building the leader/follower relationship.
